Bill Kelly is a close friend of John Nasser who needs no introduction to our area. He is most famous for singing the Hit Song "Timothy" written by Rubert Holmes, and those terrific high vocal leads. Most people new him in the Scranton, Pa area for being a Staff Producer at Holland Sound most of the 80's into the early 90's.Today he resides in Nashville where he is still writing.
